Building on his industry experience and academic experiences, Jonathan Shaver founded Envision Partners to develop and support individuals who have built success on technical knowledge to identify and embrace the values, skills and behaviors that will make them successful people leaders. Since graduate school, Jonathan has been part of the food and agriculture industry including a research scientist at Monsanto Life Sciences, a professor at Oklahoma State University and at North Hennepin Community College. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota in the USA.
