Dr. Amaka Ifeduba holds a Ph.D. in Horticultural Plant Breeding from Texas A&M University, USA. She is the Founder and Lead Coach of ScholarUP Mentoring Academy, a global platform equipping professionals to build authentic personal brands on LinkedIn and guiding aspiring scholars to succeed in U.S. graduate school applications. Through her Elevation Program and one-on-one mentorship, Dr. Ifeduba has coached over 500 professionals and 400 graduate students across 20+ countries, helping them secure global opportunities, scholarships, and leadership positions. She is also the Convener of The Ascension – ScholarUP Global Conference, a transformational event bringing together thousands of professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from around the world to elevate voices, spark innovation, and drive impact. Beyond coaching and community building, Dr. Ifeduba works in the AgTech industry, helping growers leverage actionable data to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
